Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Co. said it failed to publish its annual financial statements for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026, within the regulatory period. 
The audit committee had recommended approving the financial statements, and the independent auditor had issued its report. However, the board did not approve the statements after they failed to secure the required majority vote.
The company said it is reviewing the board members’ comments and completing the necessary procedures before resubmitting the financial statements for board approval and publication.
Tihama will disclose any further developments in line with applicable regulations, expecting to disclose its financial results within 20 trading sessions.
It added that trading suspension measures will apply.
Tadawul has halted trading in Tihama’s shares from July 1. The financial statements must be released by the close of business on July 29.
