The decision follows the company’s announcement on Sept. 24 of its financial statements for the first half of 2026, Tadawul said in a statement on Sunday.

Tadawul suspended trading in National Gypsum shares on Sept. 10 after the company failed to publish its financial statements within the regulatory deadline. It said the suspension was lifted under its powers set out in the Listing Rules.

According to Argaam data, National Gypsum said on Aug. 11 that it was unable to publish its first-half 2026 financial results within the regulatory deadline because the audit had not been completed.

National Gypsum’s losses rose to SAR 6.9 million in H1 2026, from SAR 2.6 million in the same period a year earlier. Second-quarter losses stood at SAR 4 million.
