Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipes Co. (SVCP) said its newly elected board of directors appointed Prince Faisal Al Saud as Chairman, and Saad Al-Sayari as Vice Chairman and Managing Director for a new four-year term.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the board also approved the formation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, chaired by Sulaiman Al-Qahtani, with Abdullah Al-Dabaan and Prince Faisal Al Saud as members. Both are non-executive directors.
The company said the formation of the Audit Committee will be announced later in a separate statement, in compliance with the regulations and policies issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
The new board’s term began on Oct. 18, 2026, and will run for four years until Oct. 17, 2030, the statement added.
