Shalfa Facility Management Co. secured today, July 2, a SAR 36 million contract, including VAT, from the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA), in consortium with Shalfaa International Security Guards Co.
The company’s share of the contract amounts to 50% of the total value, or approximately SAR 16 million, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The contract covers the provision of security guarding services for ZATCA’s headquarters, residential compounds, administrative offices, border crossings, and branches across multiple locations in Saudi Arabia.
Chairman Abdullah Al-Buraim and Vice Chairman Fahad Al-Buraim have an indirect interest in the contract due to their family relationship with the owner of Shelfa International, the statement said.
The company added that the contract was awarded in the ordinary course of business and that no preferential advantages were granted.
