JEDDAH — Saudi Arabia’s King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman sent separate cables of condolences to President Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo of the Democratic Republic of the Congo following a plane crash in the west of the country that resulted in fatalities. King Salman expressed his deepest condolences and sympathy to President Tshisekedi, the families of the victims and the Congolese people, expressing hope that they would be spared further harm or misfortune. Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman expressed his sadness over the plane crash and the resulting deaths.
