Saudi Export-Import BankBuilding
The Saudi Export-Import Bank (Saudi EXIM Bank) provided credit facilities worth SAR 43.22 billion during 9M 2026, up approximately 27.12% from SAR 34 billion a year ago.
Total disbursements for export financing applications reached SAR 11.44 billion, while exports covered under export credit insurance totaled SAR 31.78 billion. SMEs accounted for 36.7% of the bank’s clients, according to a statement.
Saudi EXIM Bank CEO Saad Alkhalb said the growth in credit facilities provided through the end of Q3 2026 reflects the bank’s continued progress in implementing its strategy to enable Saudi non-oil exports and strengthen their global competitiveness.
These facilities provide domestic businesses with broader opportunities to expand their export activities through integrated credit solutions that help bridge financing gaps, mitigate international trade risks and strengthen their ability to access new markets, he added.
This expands opportunities for Saudi products and services in global markets, strengthens the contribution of non-oil exports to economic diversification, and supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030, according to the CEO.
