Saudi Enaya Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors accepted on Dec. 8 the resignation of Sultan Abdulrauf from his positions as CEO and board member as well as his roles in the executive and investment committees.

The company said in a statement on Tadawul that the resignation will be effective from Feb. 8, 2025, and that it was submitted for personal reasons.
According to data available on Argaam, Abdulrauf began his tenure as CEO of Enaya in August 2020.
