RIYADH — Saudi Arabia’s crude oil production rose 5.6 percent to 3.46 billion barrels in 2025, while exports increased 6 percent to 2.35 billion barrels, according to the Oil and Gas Statistics 2025 report released by the General Authority for Statistics (GASTAT). In contrast, domestic crude oil consumption fell 6.7 percent to 155.4 million barrels. Production of refined petroleum products totaled 991.5 million barrels in 2025. Gasoline exports amounted to 110.5 million barrels, representing 20.4 percent, while fuel oil exports reached 75.7 million barrels, accounting for 14 percent. Meanwhile, imports of refined petroleum products totaled 129.6 million barrels. Fuel oil made up the largest share at 72.9 million barrels, or 56.3 percent, followed by gasoline at 36.7 million barrels, or 28.3 percent.
