Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO)said it has sold a land plot in Al Marwah District, Jeddah, for SAR 20.3 million, excluding the real estate transaction tax, to Al-Hushoom Investment Co.
The plot spans 3,103 square meters and includes a fuel station, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The property’s book value stood at SAR 17.2 million as of Sept. 30, 2026, based on its financial statements, the statement added.
The proceeds had been received, and the title deed was transferred to the buyer on Oct 7. The proceeds will be used to implement the company’s plan, support its financial and investment activities and achieve its objectives for restructuring its real estate portfolio.
