SASCO’s subsidiary, NAFT Co., owned the station
Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO) received, on 26 April, SAR 13.02 million as compensation for the fuel station expropriated for the benefit of Jeddah Historic District Project.
In a statement to Tadawul, SASCO said its subsidiary, NAFT Co., owned the station.
SASCO expects a loss of SAR 8.2 million to reflect in consolidated financial statements for Q2 2026, attributed to the station’s share of goodwill arising from the acquisition.
