Saudi Arabian Refineries Co. (SARCO) subsidiary, Lawazem Industrial Advanced Co., signed a subcontract with Thabat Contracting Co. to carry out villa works under the Banan 1 Project, valued at SAR 3.40 million, including VAT. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract runs for 136 days from the commencement date, with delivery expected by mid-January 2027.
The contract covers the manufacturing, supply, painting, and installation of wooden doors, including accessories, for the villas.
SARCO expects the contract to positively impact its results from Q3 2026 through Q1 2027, the statement said.
