Saleh Abdulaziz Al Rashed and Sons Co. signed an agreement with FCC–AlMabani Joint Venture (JV), composed of the branch of FCC Construction Co. and AlMabani Co., to supply construction materials (aggregates).

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the value of the agreement exceeds 5% of its total revenues, based on its latest audited annual financial statements for 2025.

The agreement covers the supply of construction aggregates in various sizes, in accordance with approved technical specifications and standards, and in line with the agreed terms and conditions.

Supply activities will be carried out according to the specified timelines.

The company said the agreement is valid for four months and is expected to have a positive impact on its revenues starting from Q3 2026.

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.

According to data available with Argaam, Saleh Al Rashed reported revenues of SAR 739.52 million in 2025.

Accordingly, 5% of its revenues amounts to SAR 36.98 million.
