Triple Bay will feature more than 1,600 hotel rooms across nine high-end resorts, in addition to a coastal hub featuring luxury retail outlets and fine dining options, as well as iconic landmarks including AMAALA Yacht Club and Corallium – Marine Life Institute.

Four Seasons Resort and Residences AMAALA is the destination’s first resort and the starting point of its operations, RSG said in a statement.

Designed by Dubai-based U+A architects, the resort runs on 100% renewable energy and is supported by advanced zero-waste management systems designed to reduce environmental impact and actively contribute to preserving the local environment.

The resort includes a range of world-class facilities and services, comprising 202 rooms, suites, villas and a garden, as well as 26 private Four Seasons-branded residential villas ranging from 552 to more than 1,000 square meters, each featuring a private pool. It also includes Healia, a recovery center, and a 2,095-square-meter spa, among other facilities.

The company added that the destination offers an integrated experience within Triple Bay, including private tours of Corallium – Marine Life Institute, designed by Foster + Partners, as well as access to AMAALA Yacht Club and the Marina Village facilities.
