In a statement to Tadawul today, Sept. 30, the company explained that this is due to its existing financial obligations and its commitment to managing its cash resources in a manner that supports business continuity and enables it to meet its obligations, alongside the implementation of its financial restructuring plan.

This includes working to reschedule certain obligations and debts in accordance with the arrangements reached with the relevant parties, in addition to enhancing and diversifying sources of income and financing and improving the efficiency of cash flow management, it added.

According to the statement, the company continues to work on implementing these measures in a manner that contributes to strengthening its financial position, improving liquidity levels, and supporting the sustainability of its operations, while preserving the rights of shareholders.

Rawasi Albina will announce any material developments related thereto, including the distribution date of the returns, once determined.

According to Argaamdata, Rawasi Albina announced in March 2025 the completion of the first tranche of its SAR 50 million worth of SAR-denominated sukuk. It entailed a 10.25% per annum yield, payable semi-annually in arrears on each distribution date.
