Rasan shareholders elected board members for a new three-year term starting from Aug. 4, 2026

Shareholders of Rasan Information Technology Co. approved ending the current board’s term early to align with the company’s amended bylaws and the maximum four-year board term under Saudi Arabia’s new Companies Law.

The current board’s term ended on Aug. 3, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

Shareholders also elected a new board for a three-year term running from Aug. 4, 2026, to Aug. 3, 2029.

The elected board members are Muayyad Al- Fallaj, Fahad Abuhaimed, Abdulrahman Bin Aiban, Turki Al-Sudairy, Yasser Al -Dawood, Abdulrahman Al -Malik, Fahad Al-Mansour, Noura Al-Qadi and Bandar Al -Hammali.
