Qassim Cement Co. completed the disclosure of the transaction parties to the share purchase agreement for the acquisition of a 100% stake in Amix for Ready Mix Concrete Co. 
The disclosure followed the announcement of the selling shareholders’ names.
The sellers are individuals who collectively own all shares in Amix Ready Mix, a closed joint-stock company, and are parties to the transaction.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the selling shareholders are Ashwaq Al-Harbi, Al-Muhand Al-Harbi, Al-Hanouf Al-Harbi, Al-Waleed Al-Harbi, Anfal Al-Harbi, Bandar Al-Harbi, Rayan Al-Harbi, Rimaz Al-Harbi, Sultan Al-Harbi, Sultana Al-Harbi, Saleh Al-Harbi, Fawzia Al-Harbi, Faisal Al-Harbi, Majd Al-Harbi, Muath Al-Harbi, and Wadha Al-Harbi.
The company noted that this supplementary announcement is limited to completing the disclosure of the names of the selling parties, while all other information included in the previous announcement remains unchanged.
According to data available with Argaam, Qassim Cement recently signed a share purchase agreement with the shareholders of Amix Ready Mix to acquire 100% of the company’s shares for SAR 65 million.
