RIYADH — The General Directorate of Public Security launched an upgraded version of the “Kollona Amn” app on Monday as part of its efforts to advance digital security services and handle reports more efficiently. The new version brings comprehensive technical and operational upgrades and an improved user experience. It also routes reports to the relevant security authorities more reliably to ensure a rapid response and accurate processing. The directorate urged citizens and residents to use the app to submit reports and security-related information, contributing to the safety of the community.
