Osool Bakheet Investment Co. resumed trading on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) today, May 11. 
According to a Tadawul statement, the suspension was lifted after the company disclosed its financial statements for 2025.
The stock had been suspended since April 30, 2026 due to the company’s failure to publish its financial statements within the regulatory deadline. Osool Bakheet reported losses of SAR 95.1 million for 2025, against profits of SAR 19.9 million a year earlier, according to Argaam data.
