Subscription to the October issue of Sah, the government sukuk savings product designed for individuals, starts today, Sunday, Oct. 4, 2026, offering a return of 5.00%.
Subscription opens at 10:00 a.m. and runs until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 6, through the digital channels of approved financial institutions.
The minimum subscription is SAR 1,000, equivalent to one sukuk, while the maximum is 200 sukuk worth SAR 200,000.
The October issue offers a return about 20 basis points higher than the September issue’s 4.80%. Subscription to the September issue opened on Sept. 6 and ran until Sept. 8.
Sah is a savings product designed for individuals in the form of sukuk under the Kingdom’s Saudi riyal-denominated Local Sukuk Program. It is Shariah-compliant and issued by the Saudi government through the Ministry of Finance, with the National Debt Management Center (NDMC) acting as arranger.
The savings period is one year at a fixed return, with accrued profits paid at maturity. The product is available exclusively to Saudi nationals aged over 18 through approved financial institutions.
