National Security Operations Center handles over 2.5 million calls in April

RIYADH — The National Security Operations Center received 2,501,059 calls through the unified emergency number 911 in the regions of Makkah, Madinah, Riyadh, and the Eastern Province during the last month of April. This comes as part of the responsibilities of the unified security operations centers, which handle incoming calls and route them to the relevant security and service agencies. The number of calls received reached 816,236 in Makkah, 227,557 in Madinah, 1,165,729 in Riyadh, and 519,094 in the Eastern Province.
