National Gypsum Co. stated that it was unable to publish its Q2 2026 financial results within the specified regulatory deadline, due to incomplete audit of the statements. 
The company said in a statement on Tadawul that procedures for suspending trading of listed securities will be applied on the stock in accordance with the listing rules.
The company aims to provide monthly updates status of the financial results. It is working with its external auditor to finalize the financial statements and publish them once approved.
National Gypsum expects to publish the financial statements within no more than 20 trading sessions following the session on which trading is suspended.
