National Gypsum Co.signed today, Feb. 25, a six-month contract with a company specializing in the construction and development of industrial production lines, for a total value of $14.84 million, or SAR 14.84 million.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the deal aims to upgrade some of its gypsum powder and derivative production lines at its Riyadh factories to comply with the latest technology and modern techniques used in the gypsum industry.
A positive financial impact is expected to appear in the last quarter of 2025, the statement added, noting that there are no related parties to the deal.
