Naba Alsaha Medical Services Co. announced the purchase of land from Mohammed Noah for a total value of SAR 48.38 million, including real estate transaction tax and brokerage fees. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the land is located in the Dana Al-Ramis district of Qatif, covering a total area of 27,530 square meters, and will be used to establish a healthcare center in Qatif.
The purchase will be financed through the company’s internal resources and bank facilities, with the acquisition aimed at expanding the company’s footprint by opening new branches.
The expected impact is an increase in the company’s assets and support for the stability of its operations, helping drive future growth and expansion.
