The Mediterranean and Gulf Insurance and Reinsurance Co. (MEDGULF) was awarded today, June 14, a contract by Binladin International Holding Group (BIHG) to provide insurance services for the latter’s employees.

According to a statement to Tadawul, the contract value exceeds 5% of MEDGULF’s total revenues based on the latest audited financial statements for 2025.

The contract covers cooperative health insurance services for the group employees and their family members.

The company stated that the award and signing took place today, and the one-year contract is valid starting from July 1.

MEDGULF expects the contract to have a positive impact on its earnings for 2026, noting that there are no related parties involved.

According to available data with Argaam, MEDGULF’s insurance revenues for 2025 amounted to approximately SAR 4.32 billion, with 5% representing around SAR 216.01 million.
