The two sale transactions were not completed, the developer said in a statement to Tadawul.

The company will retain the deposits received for the reservations in accordance with the terms of the agreements and will recognize them as other income, the statement added.

Given the attractiveness of investment opportunities at the Masar Destination project and strong demand for available opportunities, Masar said it can conclude new deals for the same two land plots.

According to data available with Argaam, the company signed, in September 2025, two reservation agreements to sell two plots of land with a combined area of 4,886 square meters within the Masar Destination for approximately SAR 438.82 million.

In March, Masar announced the extension of the two reservation agreements with Mosa Abdulaziz Almosa until Sept. 4, 2026.
