Malath’s agreement with NHC will be valid for one year, starting June 14, 2026

Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. signed, on June 14, a strategic partnership agreement with the National Housing Co. (NHC).

In a statement to Tadawul, the insurer said the agreement aims to organize and support the issuance of contractor’s works insurance product for latent defects policies (P-MLTH-1-B-25-061) and integrate related services to support real estate developers, contractors and property owners.

The agreement will be valid for one year, starting June 14, 2026. The financial value has not yet been determined, as the expected written premiums will be based on the volume of business generated and the number of insurance policies issued.

Malath expects the agreement to have a positive financial impact on its results as of Q3 2026.

There are no related parties involved in the agreement, the statement said.
