Shareholders of Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. rejected a proposal to pay SAR 2.54 million in remuneration to the company’s board members for 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
Shareholders also rejected the board proposal to remove board member Mohammed Al Jumaah from the board, and to appoint Mamdouh Al-Shurahan, an independent board member, effective September 30, 2025, to complete the current board term ending on June 16, 2028, replacing former board member Mohammed Al-Amari.
