Malath Cooperative Insurance Co. announced the resignations of two board members, Yasser Al-Rashid and Muhannad Al-Qasim, from their respective board committee memberships.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said Al-Rashid resigned due to disagreements over several board decisions and matters related to the company.
It added that Al-Qasim stepped down due to differences over the board’s approach.
