Ladun Investment Co. received today, May 13, approval to cancel fees imposed on 12 land plots after the sites were developed under the executive regulations of the White Land and Vacant Properties Fee system, reducing the total outstanding invoices to about SAR 1.03 million.
In a Tadawul statement, the company said total invoices received for 2023-2026 amounted to SAR 26.47 million, while previously processed amounts totaled SAR 12.11 million, including SAR 1.53 million related to 2026 and SAR 10.58 million in fees canceled in 2025.
The company said fees on 12 land plots worth SAR 13.33 million were canceled today, bringing the total amount processed to date to SAR 25.44 million, while outstanding invoices stood at SAR 1.03 million as Ladun seeks further fee cancellations under regulations supporting real estate supply and market balance.
Ladun said in May 2026 that objections to eight 2026 invoices totaling SAR 1.03 million had been accepted because the fees did not apply after the land was developed and sold before the levy, adding that two invoices worth a combined 497,940 riyals had been settled, according to Argaam’s data.
