Jamjoom Pharmaceuticals Factory Co. (Jamjoom Pharma) completed on Aug. 16, its acquisition of a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility located in King Abdullah Economic City, Saudi Arabia, from Pfizer Saudi Limited, the company announced yesterday. 
The facility specializes in manufacturing and packaging oral solid dosage (OSD) medicines, covering the full production process and supported by fully integrated on-site quality control laboratories, and is now part of Jamjoom Pharma’s manufacturing network, according to a company statement.
The company said the acquisition was completed following the signing of the facility’s sale and purchase agreement on April 26, 2026, and the fulfillment of customary conditions precedent, including obtaining the necessary regulatory approvals.
