Itmam Consultancy Co. signed a contract with Elm Co. to implement a performance and beneficiary satisfaction measurement project for Hajj and Umrah services. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the project covers measuring beneficiary satisfaction and evaluating the quality of services provided across the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem, in addition to a number of initiatives and activities related to measuring beneficiary satisfaction and assessing the quality of services provided by Hajj and Umrah service providers.
The project scope also includes measuring the satisfaction of participating and related entities within the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem, as well as businesses, with the services provided.
The company said the project runs for 12 months, with a contract value exceeding 10% of its 2025 revenue.
It expects the contract to have a positive financial impact on its results in 2026 and 2027.
The company noted that there are no related parties and that all necessary signatures were completed and a copy of the contract was received on Sept. 16.
According to Argaam data, the company generated revenue of SAR 79.24 million in 2025, implying that the contract value exceeds SAR 7.9 million.
