JEDDAH — Saudi Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif received Head of Iran’s Hajj and Pilgrimage Organization Alireza Rashidian in Jeddah on Thursday. The minister welcomed pilgrims arriving from Iran, affirming the commitment of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman to serving pilgrims from around the world and ensuring they perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind.On his part, Rashidian expressed appreciation for the Kingdom’s efforts and preparations to serve pilgrims, praising the level of organization and services provided to them. The reception was attended by Assistant Minister of Interior Dr. Hisham Al-Falih, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Security Affairs Abdullah Al-Faris, Director of Public Security and Chairman of the Hajj Security Committee Lt. Gen. Mohammed Al-Bassami, Director General of the Minister’s Office for Studies and Research Maj. Gen. Khalid Al-Arwan, Director General of Legal Affairs and International Cooperation Ahmed Al-Issa, and Secretary General of the Supreme Hajj Committee Khalid Al-Sikhan.
