International Human Resources Co.’s (IHR) board of directors approved on Aug. 2 the reconstitution of the board by appointing Almohaned Al Shathre as Chairman and Faisal Alotaibi as Vice Chairman, effective Aug. 3, until the end of the current board term on Dec. 25, 2027. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the board also appointed Alotaibi as an independent board member to complete the current board term ending on Dec. 25, 2027.
Alotaibi holds a bachelor’s degree in digital media from the Saudi Electronic University and has nearly 25 years of management experience. He most recently served as General Manager of Field Sales Enablement at stc and previously held several leadership and executive positions.
The company noted that the board’s approval is not final and remains subject to approval by the first General Assembly meeting.
According to Argaam data, IHR previously announced the passing of its Chairman, Adel Al Jarboua, a non-executive board member, on July 12, 2026.
