The MoC was signed by FSC Secretary-General Eng. Sultan bin Mohammed Al-Musallam and Argaam Investments CEO Islam Zween.

The MoC seeks to leverage the expertise and specialized capabilities of both parties to develop knowledge-based and economic products and initiatives that serve the business community. Areas of cooperation include preparing joint economic studies, research and reports; exchanging available economic data, information and content; and developing and publishing specialized reports and analyses.

Cooperation will also extend to organizing workshops, meetings and events of mutual interest, bringing together specialists, experts and business representatives to discuss relevant economic issues. These efforts aim to promote knowledge and expertise sharing and provide content that is more closely aligned with private-sector needs and market developments.

The memorandum also covers the development and implementation of joint economic initiatives and projects, foremost among them the Saudi Polymer Index. The project, a collaboration between FSC’s National Industrial Committee and Argaam, aims to develop a market benchmark that improves the availability of data and information on the polymer sector, helps track market trends, and supports economic analysis and investment decisions related to the sector.

The MoC is part of FSC’s effort to broaden its partnerships with specialized economic platforms and institutions and strengthen its role in building a more efficient data and knowledge ecosystem for the business community. This, in turn, will support private-sector competitiveness, contribute to the development of Saudi Arabia’s business environment and advance the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
