The Securities Depository Center Co.’s (Edaa) board of directors approved the amended Securities Depository Center Procedures on April 16, 2026, according to a statement on Tadawul. 
The amendments aim to develop the debt market and enhance operational efficiency by removing the price requirement from off-platform settlement procedures for listed debt instruments.
The updated procedures will come into effect from the date of publication.
