JEDDAH — Dust-stirring winds are forecast to affect much of western Saudi Arabia from July 29 to August 8, according to the National Center for Meteorology (NCM). Beginning Wednesday and continuing through the end of next week, the winds are expected to affect the eastern parts of the Makkah region, as well as the Madinah, Al-Baha, and Asir regions. The dust-stirring winds are forecast to extend as far as the Najran region and along the coastal road from Jeddah to Jazan, where they may reduce horizontal visibility to near zero. **media[2743217]**
