Saudi Arabia’s Digital Government Authority (DGA) said the Digital Experience Maturity Index reached 87.06% in 2026, rated “Advanced,” following a comprehensive assessment of 59 digital platforms across four core pillars.
The assessment covered 20 areas, including beneficiary satisfaction and user experience, complaint handling, and technologies and tools. The number of platforms assessed rose to 59 from 50 in 2025, with more than 805,500 people participating in the “Evaluate Your Digital Experience” survey, up from 374,000 a year earlier.
The digital inclusion sub-index also reached 76.98%, rated “Competent.”
The top 10 digital platforms were Absher (94.38%), Etimad (94.36%), Senaei (92.83%), Balady (92.56%), Tawakkalna (92.50%), Musaned (92.20%), Qiwa (92.14%), Logisti (91.72%), Nama (91.53%), and the Ministry of Tourism portal (91.16%).
DGA Governor Ahmed Alsuwaiyan said the results reflect the continued development of digital services in the Kingdom and government entities’ commitment to improving services and leveraging beneficiary feedback to provide more accessible, efficient and reliable digital services, enhance quality of life and improve government performance.
