RIYADH — Saudi Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman said that National Day embodies the Kingdom’s rich history and enduring legacy. In a statement on his X account on the occasion of the National Day, the minister said: “On Saudi National Day, we take pride in the Kingdom’s history and present, and remember its unification, a journey that began under the leadership of the founder, King Abdulaziz. From National Day, we draw our pride in defending our homeland and protecting its resources and holy sites.” He asked God Almighty to grant the Kingdom continued security and prosperity through the resolve and wisdom of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman, and the determination and heroism of its people.
