AlJazira Capital, acting as financial adviser, bookrunner and underwriter, is managing the potential offering alongside Emirates NBD Capital Saudi Arabia.
The company plans to sell 21 million shares on the Main Market (TASI), representing 30% of its SAR 70 million share capital, divided into 70 million shares with a nominal value of SAR 1 each, according to Argaam data.
The retail subscription period is scheduled to run from May 10 to May 14.
