Dallah completes full acquisition of Dallah’s Al-Ahsa raising stake to 100%
Dallah Healthcare Co. said it completed the acquisition of the remaining 2.59% stake in Al-Ahsa Medical Services Co. (Dallah’s Al-Ahsa Hospital), bringing its ownership to 100%, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The deal was valued at SAR 10.88 million and was funded through the company’s internal resources. Shares were transferred, and the shareholder register updated on April 22 following the implementation of mandatory share purchase provisions under the Companies Law and approval by the competent court.
Dallah said its stake increased from 97.41% to full ownership, adding that no related parties were involved in the transaction.
