Cherry Trading Co. announced that it has received a letter of award for a car rental project from the Ministry of Culture (MOC), with a value exceeding 5% of the company’s revenue for 2025. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the 36-month project involves leasing various types of vehicles to the ministry.
The contract is expected to be signed on Oct. 11 and will take effect immediately upon signing.
There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
According to data available with Argaam, Cherry reported revenue of approximately SAR 517.9 million in 2025, with 5% equivalent to around SAR 25.9 million.
