The board of directors of Morabaha Marina Financing Co. (MRNA) approved, on Aug. 31, theresignation of CEO Khalid Al-Jasser, at his request, effective Sept. 30, 2026.
In a statement to Tadawul today, the company said the resignation was due to personal circumstances.
The board is completing the required regulatory procedures to appoint or designate a replacement, including obtaining a no-objection from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA), in accordance with the relevant laws, regulations and instructions.
Any material developments in this regard will be announced in due course, the statement added.
According to Argaam data, the company appointed Al-Jasser as CEO on Dec. 1, 2025.
