Mazen bin Turki Al-Sudairi, Chairman of Capital Market Authority (CMA)
A royal decree was issued today appointing Mazen bin Turki Al-Sudairi as Chairman of the Capital Market Authority (CMA), succeeding Mohammed bin ElKuwaiz. 
Al-Sudairi holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the Higher Institute of Management in France. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from King Saud University.
In 2024, he was appointed as an advisor at the General Secretariat of the Saudi Cabinet, at the excellent rank.
He previously served as Head of Research at Al Rajhi Capital. He also served as Head of Sales Research at Alistithmar Capital. Al-Sudairi worked as an energy and petrochemicals analyst at Samba Capital and previously worked in equity research at Degroof Bank in Belgium.
