AWPT said the project’s financial impact began to be reflected in Q4 2026
Alkhorayef Water and Power Technologies Co. (AWPT) signed, on Oct. 4, a contract with King Fahd International Airport to rehabilitate water infrastructure, valued at approximately SAR 80 million, excluding VAT.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the project covers the design, construction, supply, installation, replacement, rehabilitation and integration of water and wastewater infrastructure, including pumps, water storage tanks/reservoirs, RO facilities, piping and tie-ins, electrical, and instrumentation works over a period of 18 months.
The other party to the contract is Dammam Airports Co., the company said, noting that it received the contract after all relevant parties completed signing it on Sunday, Oct. 4, 2026, and accordingly disclosed the agreement.
It added that the project’s financial impact began to be reflected in Q4 2026, noting that there are no related parties.
According to data available on Argaam, AWPT announced last September that it was awarded a contract to rehabilitate water infrastructure at King Fahd International Airport, valued at approximately SAR 80 million, excluding VAT.
