‎Aslak rejects board pay, approves interim dividends for 2026

United Wire Factories Co. (Aslak) said its shareholders rejected the approval of SAR 1.25 million in remuneration for the Chairman and members of the board of directors for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, during an extraordinary general meeting (EGM) held on June 16.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said shareholders also approved authorizing the board to distribute interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis for the financial year ending Dec. 31, 2025.

The meeting also approved the remaining items on the agenda.

According to data available with Argaam, Aslak distributed SAR 0.5 per share in December 2025 as cash dividends to shareholders, drawn from profits for the fourth quarter of 2024 and the first nine months of 2025.
