Arabian Cement Co. announced it completed the exit of its subsidiary, Arabian Cement Bahrain Holding Co., from Ready-Mix Concrete and Construction Supplies Co. (RMCC), as well as the acquisition of the stakes held by RMCC and Al Rawsha Company for Trading and Investment Co. in Jordan-based Qatrana Cement Co.

In a statement on Tadawul, the company said the financial impact is as follows:

1. The company will recognize a capital gain of SAR 18.9 million from the sale of its subsidiary’s stake in RMCC.

2. Equity attributable directly to the parent company’s shareholders will increase by SAR 21.3 million. Accordingly, total direct and indirect equity attributable to the parent company’s shareholders will increase by SAR 40.2 million after adding the aforementioned capital gain.

3. Non-controlling interests will decline by SAR 70.3 million as a result of the subsidiary increasing its stake in Qatrana Cement by 9.4%, to 96.14% from 86.74%.

As per Argaam’s data, Arabian Cement announced, in December 2025, that its subsidiary, Arabian Cement Bahrain Holding Co., entered into a share swap agreement for its shareholding in RMCC in Jordan.

Last July, Arabian Cement announced conducting certain amendments to the structure of the share swap agreement inked by its subsidiary, Arabian Cement Bahrain Holding Co.
