In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the agreement covers an educational complex with a capacity of 1,950 students, offering private education services (national, international, and global curricula) across all educational stages, including kindergarten, primary, intermediate, and secondary levels, as well as special education programs for boys and girls. It will also provide licensed educational, training, cultural, and sports activities in Saudi Arabia throughout the contract term.

The company expects the agreement to have a positive impact on its financial results starting from the first half of the new fiscal year, which begins on July 1, 2027. It noted that there are no related parties to the transaction.

AOL affirmed that its school investment policy is based on leasing rather than owning school buildings, with the aim of reducing capital expenditure and achieving investment returns more quickly.

The contract was awarded and signed on Oct. 29, 2026, as part of AOL’s strategy to expand and diversify its activities and revenue streams in the education sector.
