Academy of Learning Co.’s (AOL) board of directors recommended on Sept. 10 increasing the company’s capital from SAR 135 million to SAR 157.5 million through a one-for-six bonus share issue. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the capital increase will be funded by capitalizing SAR 22.5 million from retained earnings as of June 30, 2026.
