Anmat Technology for Trading Co. won a contract from Saudi Energy Co. (SEC) for the end-user device replacement and expansion project, with a total value of SAR 314.5 million (inclusive of VAT).

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract will be executed through purchase orders issued by SEC during the contract term, in accordance with the terms and conditions to be agreed upon and set forth in the final contract. Accordingly, the financial impact of the contract will be determined based on the purchase orders issued and executed in the future.

The company will announce the signing of the final contract and any other material developments related thereto in due course, in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations, and instructions, Anmat added, noting that no related parties are included in the deal.

The contract is expected to be signed on June 10, according to Anmat.
