Alujain Corp. said its board of directors accepted the resignation of CEO Khalid Al-Dawood on Sept. 10, due to reaching the statutory retirement age, effective Sept. 14.
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said it agreed with the CEO that he would return to work following the interruption, within 15 days from the effective date of his resignation.
